Sayanthooran (Sayan) is a postdoctoral researcher at the MND Research Centre, Macquarie University. His research focuses on the role of regulatory non-coding RNAs in sporadic ALS. His work integrates computational and molecular approaches to explore how RNA structure and expression patterns shift under cellular stress conditions. He is currently leading projects funded by MND Australia and Dementia Australia.
