Suzanne Robinson

Professor Suzanne Robinson is Chair and Director of Deakin Health Economics. Suzanne has been awarded competitive research grants from international and national funding agencies. She has been involved in leading health systems and health economics projects that have had major impact on government reform initiatives. In Australia, she has been successful in a number of industry driven partnerships, these collaborations are aimed at undertaking translational research and evaluation activity. Suzanne is passionate about using evidence to support the delivery of effective and equitable health services and leads international research in digital health that includes a focus on virtual care and telehealth implementation, using health data in clinical and population decision making with a focus on the delivery of effective, efficient and equitable health services. She is also involved in undertaking economic evaluations alongside clinical trials. Suzanne brings leadership and coaching support to the education and development of health systems and believes that effective collaboration and partnership working are crucial to high performing teams.
